The maintenance team had a work weekend schedulled for the August bank holiday weekend. Scouters from 22nd Kildorrery Scout Group noticed the site was closed for this ‘work weekend’ on the website calendar and got in touch to offer their services. We were delighted to welcome them on site and they were quickly put to work. We’re not sure if they bargained for the level of work that was on the cards but they got stuck in. This was a big weekend in the refurbishment of the house. These scouters along side the maintenance team did fantastic work clearing the old meeting rooms getting them ready for the next stage. We really appreciate all they did. Shout out to the maintenance team too who as always go above and beyond in the work they do most of which is never seen but the site would grind to a halt without them!!
